Patrice Bergeron nets game-winner for Bruins to cap off celebration | NHL

It was a scripted ending befitting of Hollywood for Patrice Bergeron. 

He collected the game-winner off the power enjoy in overtime to give the Boston Bruins a 5-4 victory over the Los Angeles Kings on Saturday afternoon after being celebrated for playing over 1,000 games in his 15-12 months vocation. 

The Black and Gold honored the four-time Selke Trophy winner before the game by awarding him a commemorative adhere to mark the distinctive celebration, along with a couple paintings during his vocation.

Bergeron notched his 1,000th vocation game throughout the Bruins’ 3-1 victory over the New York Islanders on Tuesday.
